- Prospect and identify opportunities:
- Develop Relationships with assigned software sales partners
- Promote Macrospect to assigned partner client-facing sales ecosystem
- Identify opportunities through partner channels and build rapport with client prospects so that they can be qualified thoroughly

- Qualify opportunities:
- Engage in conversations with prospects to assess their needs, fit, and interest level.
- Follow Macrospect Sales Process

- Qualify opportunities based on Macrosspect’s opportunity assessment process and pass them on to Account Executives.
- Manage Opportunity Process through Qualification Process
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Schedule meetings:
- Set up appointments and demos with customers to qualify opportunities.
- Utilize CRM:
- Effectively manage leads, opportunities and track progress in the sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Stay up-to-date:
- Maintain knowledge of industry and partner trends, competitors, and solution offerings.
- Contribute to sales strategies:
- Offer insights and suggestions for improving partner relationships, sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred, but not required.
- 0-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Here’s what you need:
- Workday PM Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead level or similar level
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Bonus points if:
- Workday and Financials Delivery experience
- Smartsheet proficiency or similar tool proficiency
- Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements
- Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc...)

Position Description:
A Workday Financials Consultant will be responsible for implementation and ongoing solution support of Workday Financial Management software. They will assist in leading projects for clients as well as being an individual contributor to the team. The Workday Financials Consultant will also implement, consult, and configure Workday Financials solutions around various functional areas. In addition to implementation, this resource will be given opportunities to expand their skills into gaining additional certifications, learning new functional areas, creating internal tools and other improvements, as well as providing client support.Responsibilities

Adaptive Planning Consultant
Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutions, and program planning around Workday Adaptive software. This role delivers Workday implementation services through leadership, keeping team members utilized and ultimately growing revenue.Responsibilities:
- The Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant is accountable for designing and developing customer finance planning solutions based upon the Adaptive Planning platform.
- Develops and implements Adaptive solutions suite including standard, cubed and modeled sheets, dimensions, master formulas, shared formulas, data integration, reporting and data input.
- Solution Design- Assists functional architect as directed in developing solution designs including business process models, blueprint design documents, and component inventories.
- Assures design process is consistent with the firm’s defined methodology and standard practices.
- Designs and authors detailed specifications for development of Adaptive modeling development of advanced solutions.
- Works directly with clients to ensure alignment of delivered components with client expectations and approved design.
- Assists functional architect in overseeing quality of technical delivery by other team members.

Experience:

Other:
- Minimum of 3 years direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning software
- Advanced level hands-on knowledge of all Adaptive features and components including environment settings, modeling, security, workflow, dot notation logic, OfficeConnect, and data integration is necessary
