As a member of our Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you will help deliver financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday FINs Project Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Managing project budgets and monitoring forecast and actuals
• Proactively identifying project risks and project gaps
• Collaborating and communicating across all levels of leadership and stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and accountability
• Creating and maintaining complex project plans
• Monitoring cross functional dependencies and assisting coordination of workstream calls to proactively solution for client requirement
• Using data and insights to disseminate project status across both external and internal stakeholders
• Managing client expectations and multiple viewpoints to ensure a positive project experience
• Understanding and applying both Workday and Macrospect methodologies

• Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

• Workday PM Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead level or similar level
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Bonus points if:

• Workday and Financials Delivery experience
• Smartsheet proficiency or similar tool proficiency
• Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements
• Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc…)
