Position Description: A Workday Integration Consultant will be responsible for the development and ongoing solution support of Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive oriented integrations. They will assist in leading integration development and solutions for clients as well as being an individual contributor to the team. In addition to implementation, this resource will be given opportunities to expand their skills and gain additional certifications, learn new functional areas, create internal tools as well as well as providing client support. Responsibilities
  • Develop and test integration solutions into and out of Workday systems to satisfy client requirements.
  • Modify, maintain, and modernize any existing Workday integrations.
  • Document data flows, solutions, and test results.
  • Communicate clearly with the project manager and the client to manage any expectations regarding the status of work, solution fit/gaps, time to implement solutions, issues, and/or potential resolutions.
  • Creating detailed process flows and project documentation.
  • Conduct workshops and client sessions involving integrations.
  • Engage with both client and internal stakeholders on projects and execute them to their completion.
Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a consulting firm
  • Experience with Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive, or a similar ERP
  • Experience designing, architecting, and solutioning technical solutions
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to travel to client site and office when needed
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and provide unparalleled customer service
  • Must have solid foundation of accounting/financial principles
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Skills in Javascript, JSON, REST API, Python, Regex are nice to have

  Here’s what you need:
  • Workday PM Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead level or similar level
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Bonus points if:
  • Workday and Financials Delivery experience
  • Smartsheet proficiency or similar tool proficiency
  • Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements

Qualifications:
