The initial implementation included:

• Aggregated Financial Planning (AFP) – integrated planning for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Sales Planning – detailed revenue, COGS, and margin planning by product and customer
• SG&A / OpEx Planning – predictive cost planning by cost center with allocation to product lines
• Headcount Planning – detailed workforce planning including salary and benefits by role
